Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring for multiple roles across departments. Candidates with prior experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Manage hiring pipeline and maintain recruitment tracker
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers
- Ensure timely closures of open positions
- Maintain employee database and recruitment records
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in bulk and multiple role hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work under deadlines and targets
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations is an advantage
