Job Title: Account Assistant (Female Only)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting functions, with strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and entries
- Handle purchase, sales, and expense vouchers
- Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
- Assist in monthly reports and MIS preparation
- Data management in Excel with formulas, reports, and sheets
- Support senior accounts team in day-to-day activities
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, reports)
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification:
- B.Com / Graduate in Commerce preferred
