Job Title: Account Assistant (Female Only)
Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years
Location: Santacruz West

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting functions, with strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and entries
Handle purchase, sales, and expense vouchers
Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
Assist in monthly reports and MIS preparation
Data management in Excel with formulas, reports, and sheets
Support senior accounts team in day-to-day activities
Maintain proper filing of financial documents

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, reports)
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
Good understanding of accounting principles
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification:

B.Com / Graduate in Commerce preferred
